  • For personal and startups 1 hour / week are complementary as general questions and guidance and additional to the discovery and introduction calls.
  • The prices above are for one-time purchase, for monthly plans a 5% discount will be applied.
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled with one month notice and effective by end of the month, remaining hours are not refundable except for special cases.
  • When unused hours are being refunded; it may take 10 to 15 days to process the refund request by the payment provider Stripe.
  • Above prices does not include any Cloud based or Licensing cost like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 or other SaaS based services.
  • The prices above are applicable for one-time package purchases or monthly retainers as well.
  • For Monthly plans, you can choose not to implement the above included solutions considering it may increase the IT Support hours usage.
  • The above mentioned hosted platforms for each plan level (ITAM, XDR, RMM, Zero Trust) are available in the Monthly plans only.
  • You can either purchase the packages and assign to the needed tasks, or define a monthly maximum number of hours to cover most important IT support tasks.
  • The above services are all Remote, for any tasks or projects that requires physical presence additional fees will apply.
