Assumptions: 50 Users with 2TB of GDrive pooled storage (100 TB for the entire company), divided 50 TB for users personal space + 50 TB for Shared Drives and customizable as necessary.

The employees will link the Google accounts with their computer apps like Google Chrome and GDrive apps linking their Desktop, Documents and any other important folders, this will synchronise the data to their private GDrive space.

By using the same GDrive client app on their computer they get access to the centralised Shared drives like Teams collaboration folders or Departments, even global folders for the entire company, depending on the company requirements then the licenses can as per the listing on Google’s website, annual licenses only can mix and match.
